Temporary Electronic Billing Specialist responsible for managing electronic bill submissions and daily and monthly e-billing workflows. Duties include gathering accrual information, submitting monthly estimates, coordinating new timekeepers and billing rates with the Pricing Team, and supporting client and department deadlines. Requires electronic billing experience in a professional services environment, familiarity with legal billing platforms, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work overtime.

Manages domestic and foreign patent prosecution docketing, including entering and monitoring deadlines, reviewing patent correspondence, calculating statutory and procedural due dates, maintaining accurate docket databases, researching patent statuses, preparing docket reports, and escalating discrepancies. Supports attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff across intellectual property matters while ensuring compliance with USPTO, international, PCT, and firm procedures.

Develop and execute business development strategies for litigation practices, build client and industry relationships, manage opportunity pipelines, support pitches and proposals, coordinate events and sponsorships, oversee budgets, coach attorneys, and lead thought leadership and profile-raising initiatives. The role requires strong communication, editing, analytical, project management, stakeholder collaboration, business acumen, and professional services marketing experience.
