Lead product development for Controlled Substances data and reporting: analyze large datasets with SQL and Tableau, define requirements, prioritize roadmap, collaborate with engineering/analytics/customers, ensure regulatory compliance, drive data governance and AI-enabled automation, support UAT and adoption, and deliver scalable reporting solutions.

Support sales and product teams by developing ROI-driven business cases, commercial insights, and deal strategy. Partner with Market Development Directors and Product Strategy to evaluate customer requests, build value narratives and models, support pricing and non-standard proposals, and create playbooks and processes to scale commercial execution.

Lead design, build, and support of cloud-based ETL, data warehousing, and reporting solutions. Develop/optimize ETL pipelines, data models, and queries; deploy containerized services on Kubernetes; automate workflows; mentor teammates; collaborate with architects, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver scalable analytics and reporting products.
