Lead pricing, risk management, and growth of BMO's electronic trading for US Credit and US Rates. Drive electronic trading volume and profitability, partner with trading, sales, and technology to build scalable, compliant trading infrastructure, support sales with product and market expertise, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate cross-team incident resolution and improvements.

Lead FX and STIR trading across G10 currencies during North American hours: price FX, STIR, and cross-currency basis; manage trading book, risk, P&L and position limits; support sales and research, mentor junior staff, identify cross-selling opportunities, ensure compliance, and drive revenue and capital efficiency while optimizing risk-adjusted returns.

The role focuses on driving revenue growth by selling BMO's digital payments platform and requires client engagement, collaboration with teams, and analysis of sales performance.
