Leads complex digital banking implementations, core migrations, and product expansions from discovery through launch and stabilization. Owns delivery plans, requirements, configuration, testing, cutover readiness, client communications, vendor coordination, defect triage, and post-launch handoff. The role manages risks, scope changes, dependencies, and escalations while mentoring implementation colleagues and improving delivery processes.

Own a portfolio of banking and credit union clients, driving product adoption, renewals, retention, expansion, and executive engagement. Lead business reviews, success planning, escalations, and onsite client meetings while coordinating with Implementation, Support, Product, Engineering, and Marketing. Identify account risks and growth opportunities, communicate client feedback internally, and ensure customers achieve ongoing value from the digital banking platform.

Owns accounting operations for a multi-entity fintech, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, month-end close, sales tax compliance, revenue recognition, audit coordination, financial reporting, and process documentation. The role manages US and Canadian entities, supports cross-border accounting and tax activities, maintains recurring schedules, prepares board KPI packages, and partners with business teams to ensure accurate billing and collections.
