Leads the bank’s Community Reinvestment Act finance and community development strategy. Oversees CRA-qualified lending, investments, services, affordable housing initiatives, LIHTC and EQ2 portfolios, grants, outreach, and community partnerships. Manages Community Development Officers, advises business lines, coordinates with investment, credit, lending, tax, and ALCO teams, and presents performance updates to senior leadership. Ensures accurate CRA documentation, reporting, regulatory compliance, and social impact communications.

Leads strategy, governance, development, and lifecycle management for Treasury Solutions payment products. Owns roadmaps, requirements, business cases, KPIs, testing, launches, and enhancements while embedding risk and controls throughout delivery. Partners with compliance, audit, business controls, AML, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage regulatory requirements, KRIs, issue remediation, and operational resilience. Requires strong payments expertise and the ability to balance growth with risk mitigation.
