The CFO Business Partnering & Controls AVP provides financial expertise, develops strategies and budgets, collaborates with business units, and enhances financial processes while managing risks and influencing decision-making.

Design, develop, implement and maintain statistical and machine learning models for transaction monitoring, fraud detection, credit risk and marketing optimisation. Acquire and preprocess data, monitor model performance, mitigate bias, and optimise automated detection capabilities. Collaborate with stakeholders, lead knowledge sharing, and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies to strengthen financial crime controls.
