Teams at Barclays

Owns the strategy and end-to-end lifecycle of Barclays’ real-time payments portfolio, including RTP and FedNow. Defines product vision, prioritizes roadmaps, analyzes market and customer needs, manages risk and compliance, and delivers payment modernization solutions for Corporate Banking clients. Partners with technology, operations, treasury, sales, legal, compliance, and industry stakeholders. Provides product expertise, supports customer adoption, develops marketing and training materials, and may lead teams or multi-year strategic initiatives.

Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of Barclays’ real-time payments portfolio, including RTP and FedNow. Act as the customer and business voice while coordinating with technology, operations, risk, legal, compliance, treasury, sales, and industry stakeholders. Analyze market trends, regulations, risks, and customer feedback; support payment modernization, product adoption, controls, operational resilience, and stakeholder decision-making.

Provide quantitative expertise to support trading strategies, develop models, optimize trading decisions, and collaborate with sales on client solutions.
