Develop and enhance low-latency, high-throughput trading, risk, and valuation applications for Equity Derivatives businesses. Build scalable front-end and server-side solutions using modern web and backend technologies, implement real-time data services, and apply pricing and valuation expertise to financial models. Collaborate with product, design, technology, sales, trading, and risk stakeholders while guiding technical direction, supporting secure coding, testing, deployment, and cloud-native platform improvements.

Owns the strategy and end-to-end lifecycle of Barclays’ real-time payments portfolio, including RTP and FedNow. Defines product vision, prioritizes roadmaps, analyzes market and customer needs, manages risk and compliance, and delivers payment modernization solutions for Corporate Banking clients. Partners with technology, operations, treasury, sales, legal, compliance, and industry stakeholders. Provides product expertise, supports customer adoption, develops marketing and training materials, and may lead teams or multi-year strategic initiatives.

Conduct biotech equity research by analyzing companies, sectors, markets, financial statements, and economic data; develop valuations, investment theses, reports, and recommendations. Present findings to institutional clients and internal stakeholders, collaborate with senior analysts and control functions, monitor market developments, support compliant research delivery, and potentially lead projects or mentor junior analysts.
