10-week summer internship supporting underwriting, market research, financial analysis and modeling, risk assessment, portfolio monitoring, valuation, and investment memo preparation. Interns will learn approved technology and AI-enabled tools, assist on special projects and presentations, and may be considered for the Analyst Program upon graduation.

Support underwriting, execution, and portfolio management of private credit investments for private equity-sponsored transactions. Perform financial and covenant analysis, build operating and LBO models, prepare investment memos, present recommendations, and monitor borrower performance and portfolio risk.
