Support Client Growth Managers by executing business development and marketing initiatives for assigned practice groups. Conduct research, prepare pitches and RFP responses, manage legal experience collection, coordinate events and thought leadership, track ROI and budgets, and collaborate with communications, PR, events, and design teams to drive new business and cross-selling opportunities.

Advise on the formation, structuring, operation, financing, and regulation of private investment funds and their advisers. Draft, revise, and negotiate fund documents; coordinate fund launches and closings; and assist with federal and state regulatory filings and compliance obligations for investment advisers. The role requires New York bar admission, fund formation experience, and knowledge of key federal securities and investment adviser laws.

Represent corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation and disputes (D&O, Cyber, RWI, CGL, Environmental, E&O, Property/BI). Advise clients on recovery strategy, analyze policies and endorsements, draft pleadings and memoranda, coordinate with insurers/brokers/defense counsel, and support all litigation phases through trial preparation.
