Litigate complex commercial disputes, white-collar matters, investigations, and regulatory enforcement proceedings. Responsibilities include briefing, motion practice, fact development, discovery, hearings, trials, internal investigations, government inquiries, and client matter management. The associate will conduct legal research and writing, exercise sound judgment, manage multiple assignments, and collaborate effectively with attorneys and clients.

Advise on the formation, structuring, operation, financing, and regulation of private investment funds and their advisers. Draft, revise, and negotiate fund documents; coordinate fund launches and closings; and assist with federal and state regulatory filings and compliance obligations for investment advisers. The role requires New York bar admission, fund formation experience, and knowledge of key federal securities and investment adviser laws.

Represent corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation and disputes (D&O, Cyber, RWI, CGL, Environmental, E&O, Property/BI). Advise clients on recovery strategy, analyze policies and endorsements, draft pleadings and memoranda, coordinate with insurers/brokers/defense counsel, and support all litigation phases through trial preparation.
