Represent corporate policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation and disputes (D&O, Cyber, RWI, CGL, Environmental, E&O, Property/BI). Advise clients on recovery strategy, analyze policies and endorsements, draft pleadings and memoranda, coordinate with insurers/brokers/defense counsel, and support all litigation phases through trial preparation.

Lead and manage all aspects of large-scale product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort settlements from negotiation through claims resolution and program closure. Develop settlement structures and eligibility, draft and negotiate settlement documents, oversee claims administration, manage review teams, perform claims data analysis, and ensure compliance and quality assurance.

Support Client Growth Managers by executing business development and marketing initiatives for assigned practice groups. Conduct research, prepare pitches and RFP responses, manage legal experience collection, coordinate events and thought leadership, track ROI and budgets, and collaborate with communications, PR, events, and design teams to drive new business and cross-selling opportunities.

Handle all phases of complex product liability and mass tort litigation: pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, trial preparation, client strategy, and courtroom advocacy. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced AmLaw environment developing case strategy and managing multifaceted matters. Must be admitted to the New York Bar.
