Designs, programs, tests, troubleshoots, commissions, and starts up automation and control systems for industrial manufacturing clients. Responsibilities include PLC and SCADA configuration, control-system documentation, instrumentation and panel design, project and deliverable management, site installation oversight, system validation, client communication, and technical troubleshooting. The role supports food, beverage, life sciences, consumer health, and other industrial projects, with travel required for installations, start-ups, training, and client engagements.

Manages control system integration projects from proposal and planning through design, execution, and delivery. Oversees automation, PLC, HMI, SCADA, electrical control, documentation, scheduling, budgets, staffing, vendors, quality, and client relationships. Leads and develops the local controls and automation business, mentors professionals, coordinates financial reporting, and supports installation and startup activities. Requires extensive industrial automation experience, strong Rockwell expertise, and willingness to travel.

Sources and engages candidates for production, assembly, machining, welding, maintenance, and other manufacturing roles. Builds talent pipelines across multiple sites, conducts outreach and screening, schedules interviews, maintains ATS records, and supports hiring campaigns and recruiting events. The role requires familiarity with manufacturing talent pools and Midwest labor markets, along with strong communication, sourcing, and organizational skills.
