Supports the CEO as a highly trusted right hand by managing their calendar, inbox, travel, priorities, board and investor coordination, meeting preparation, office operations, vendors, events, expenses, and special projects. The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, communication, judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, in-person startup environment.

Research and prospect into banks, credit unions, fintechs, and platforms through email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach. Generate qualified meetings for Account Executives, personalize messaging, maintain accurate CRM data, meet pipeline targets, and collaborate with sales and marketing. This full-time, in-office NYC role offers a path to Account Executive for high performers.

Own relationships with major financial institutions, payment providers, and fintech clients. Serve as the primary customer contact, advise executives on fraud and compliance workflows, drive renewals, upsells, and referrals, and gather customer feedback. Build expertise in client pain points, develop scalable account-management playbooks and processes, and collaborate with the CEO, product, and engineering teams to improve customer operations.
