Provide high-touch technical support across Mac and Windows environments; manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, access, onboarding, systems administration, office IT infrastructure, assets, vendors, and knowledge resources. Own the corporate accounting function, including general ledger activities, reconciliations, financial reporting, accruals, fixed assets, equity compensation, and month-end and year-end close. Lead close calendars, strengthen internal controls, support audits, prepare technical accounting documentation, maintain NetSuite and spend management systems, and partner with FP&A, Legal, Procurement, and Data on accounting matters.

Own Workday HCM configuration, security, business processes, reports, calculated fields, EIB data loads, integrations, and release testing. Transition the tenant from implementation to go-live ownership, support payroll configuration, resolve employee and People team requests, and mentor teammates on Workday administration. The role requires hands-on administration of a live Workday tenant, strong HCM configuration expertise, release management experience, and clear documentation skills.

Own Baseten’s social media strategy and presence across X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and technical communities. Translate AI and infrastructure work into accurate, engaging content; lead social launches; produce short-form video; support employee and executive voices; track performance; and manage contractors and creators. The role requires technical fluency, strong writing, social growth experience, and comfort operating in fast-paced launch cycles.

Own product positioning, messaging, launch strategy, and go-to-market execution for dedicated inference and AI serving platform capabilities. Translate complex infrastructure concepts into credible narratives for technical and enterprise audiences. Develop launch assets, competitive positioning, customer insights, sales enablement, and demand-generation campaigns while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions, Demand Gen, and Customer Marketing.

Coordinate virtual and onsite interview processes, including interview loops, debriefs, candidate communications, arrival logistics, workspace setup, and executive involvement. Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute issues while ensuring candidates receive a smooth, welcoming, and well-organized experience. Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to maintain clear communication and operational excellence.

Lead the design, implementation, rollout, and iteration of Baseten’s identity and authorization platform. Build fine-grained authorization, credential systems, identity lifecycle capabilities, agent credentials, and enterprise admin controls. Ensure low-latency permission checks, consistency, security, observability, and scalability across multi-tenant systems. Partner with product, design, and customer-facing teams, establish engineering practices, and provide technical mentorship as the team grows.

Own and evolve Baseten’s finance systems ecosystem, including ERP, planning, HRIS/payroll, CPQ, commissions, billing, and revenue recognition tools. Lead implementations, integrations, administration, automation, governance, access controls, and audit support. Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, People, Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, and IT to improve workflows, data integrity, reporting, and scalability. The role requires systems leadership, technical aptitude, and experience managing broad finance-adjacent technology stacks.

Own and improve Baseten’s GTM systems stack, including Salesforce, Pylon, Gong, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and Prospect. Responsibilities include platform administration, configuration, enablement, adoption programs, license forecasting, vendor management, CRM co-ownership, and building AI-powered automations to maintain clean data. The role also supports deal operations, documents processes, and determines the appropriate level of structure for a rapidly scaling B2B technology organization.

Lead end-to-end product design for a technical AI platform, from research and problem definition through prototyping, design reviews, specifications, and implementation. Collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, and customers to create clear, polished experiences for complex developer workflows. Evolve the design system, establish scalable patterns, improve consistency and usability, and contribute directly to front-end implementation quality.

Own Baseten’s marketing website from design through frontend production. Create landing pages, product pages, launches, campaigns, polished interactions, motion, and reusable design systems. Partner with brand, product marketing, growth, engineering, and leadership to improve messaging, conversion, and technical storytelling. Translate complex AI products into clear web experiences while maintaining high standards for typography, layout, responsiveness, experimentation, and frontend craft.

Define Baseten’s motion language and create high-quality motion work across product launches, social, campaigns, web, events, and out-of-home. Own projects from concept and storyboarding through design, animation, and final production. Build scalable motion systems, communicate complex technical products clearly, collaborate with brand, product, marketing, and leadership, and experiment with emerging formats and technologies.

Build and maintain AI-powered workflows, agents, automations, dashboards, alerts, and integrations for revenue teams. Audit and improve the GTM technology stack, prioritize field requests, determine when to use low-code versus custom solutions, and integrate third-party APIs. The role requires Salesforce ownership, Clay expertise, production agent development on Vercel, strong systems thinking, documentation, and end-to-end ownership of automation workflows.

Lead and develop a North American SDR team responsible for pipeline generation. Set performance targets, coach reps, refine technical outbound strategies, analyze pipeline data, partner with AEs and cross-functional teams, hire and onboard SDRs, and adopt AI tools to improve prospecting efficiency.
