Bask Health Benefits Overview

Provides general corporate, commercial, employment, intellectual property, and regulatory legal counsel for a DTC telehealth and B2B healthtech software platform. Drafts and negotiates agreements, advises product and engineering teams, manages compliance risks involving healthcare, privacy, data security, FDA, FTC, DEA, fintech, and AI regulations, and supports audits and outside counsel. Develops scalable legal workflows, templates, playbooks, and AI-native processes while partnering cross-functionally with company leadership.

Own product initiatives from problem definition through launch, shape and maintain the product roadmap, and prioritize work using customer, user, competitive, and business insights. Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success. Gather feedback from customers, patients, and partners, serve as the voice of the customer, and translate complex technical problems into actionable engineering solutions. The role requires coding literacy, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to ship under pressure.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across healthcare businesses, operators, providers, and patients. Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to identify unmet needs, evaluate concepts and shipped experiences, synthesize findings, and influence product strategy and prioritization. Use interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics, experiments, and AI-assisted workflows to reduce uncertainty and improve telehealth products while maintaining evidence quality, privacy, and research validity.
