Build and own core services for custody, transfers, issuance, and compliance workflows in a regulated stablecoin platform. Ship reliable, secure production services, improve observability and SLOs, add tests and runbooks, lead medium-to-large projects, integrate with banking and crypto partners, and mentor peers while working in small cross-functional product verticals.

The Head of Customer Support will lead the customer support function for Bastion, manage partner escalations, build operational frameworks, and enhance support tools while ensuring quality service delivery.

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will enhance and maintain Bastion's financial infrastructure by leading improvements in AWS setup, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines while coordinating with engineering and compliance teams.

Lead Bastion's brand positioning and external communications to build enterprise awareness. Own press, executive prep, events, targeted campaigns, and connect brand activities to pipeline while building scalable content workflows and early PR/event momentum.

Lead and scale Bastion's finance function: own month-end close, regulatory filings, internal controls, FP&A cadence, financial modeling, and team development. Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, and leadership to ensure accurate, timely reporting and scalable processes for a regulated fintech.
