Design intuitive web and mobile interfaces for consumer and Web3 products. Translate complex DeFi concepts into accessible experiences, collaborate with product and engineering teams, and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Conduct user research and usability testing, maintain scalable design systems, and ensure visually compelling, consistent designs across platforms.

Owns marketing and growth measurement, including attribution, incrementality, CAC, LTV, ROAS, experimentation, and budget optimization. Builds predictive models, data models, dashboards, reporting, and lightweight pipelines using product, advertising, behavioral, and on-chain data. Partners with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to improve acquisition performance, data infrastructure, and user-value understanding.

Support digital asset regulatory research, product and go-to-market legal reviews, commercial contracts, AML/KYC compliance, privacy matters, corporate governance, intellectual property administration, and regulatory or litigation responses. The associate will work closely with product, engineering, commercial teams, senior legal leadership, and outside counsel, assuming ownership of a defined legal area within 6–12 months.
