Leads corporate FP&A, enterprise budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance management, financial reporting, and executive decision support. Oversees FP&A systems, Adaptive Planning governance, Tableau dashboards, data governance, reporting automation, and business intelligence. Builds and develops a high-performing finance team while partnering with senior leaders, accounting, operations, commercial finance, and technology teams. Supports board, investor, and IPO-readiness reporting and controls.

Leads FP&A partnership with laboratory operations, developing cost-of-services and gross-margin forecasts, cost-to-serve models, capacity and labor productivity analyses, supply-chain economics, margin bridges, and operational KPIs. Evaluates business cases, savings initiatives, and investments while explaining operational variances and supporting executive and Board reporting. Partners with operations, procurement, supply chain, and BI teams to improve forecast accuracy, margin performance, and decision-making.

Owns corporate FP&A processes, including forecast and budget consolidation, monthly reporting, variance analysis, financial reviews, and enterprise performance analysis. The role coordinates inputs across Finance and business partners, maintains forecast documentation and controls, partners with Accounting during close, and manages and develops FP&A team members. It requires strong financial modeling, communication, process management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
