The Vice President will manage strategic relationships with multilateral institutions, originate financing opportunities, and oversee complex transactions in Latin America.

Provide legal and regulatory counsel to BBVA's Corporate & Investment Banking group: draft and review trade finance, lending, securitization, and syndication documentation; manage corporate governance; advise senior management; coordinate with global teams; update policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
