A 12-month rotational graduate program within BBVA Corporate and Investment Banking. Participants gain experience across Global Transaction Banking, Investment Banking and Finance, Global Markets, or Bankers and Industry Specialists, including an international rotation. The program provides mentorship, professional development, and exposure to global finance, sustainability, and transformation initiatives before placement into a permanent CIB team and role.

Lead institutional client coverage across North American securities financing products, including repos, total return swaps, and securities lending. Develop client relationships, expand business, manage orders, coordinate pricing and execution with trading desks, and support onboarding and documentation negotiations. Partner with Legal, Risk, and operations teams to ensure compliance while driving automation, technology transformation, and regulatory initiatives. The role requires extensive SFT sales experience, strong market knowledge, quantitative ability, and relevant securities licenses.

Executes compliance testing reviews for BBVA’s U.S. banking, broker-dealer, and swap-dealer businesses. Responsibilities include compliance risk analysis, annual testing-plan development, control testing, issue identification, management reporting, action-plan tracking, regulatory responses, and coordination with U.S. and global compliance teams. The role requires significant financial-industry compliance testing, internal audit, or regulatory examination experience, including senior-level leadership experience.
