Manage sample approval process, sample tracker, WIP and PO management in Exenta, coordinate shipments and production tracking, support vendor cost negotiations, verify test reports and vendor-sourced labels, and ensure on-time delivery of production orders.

Manage garment production lifecycle including tracking submissions and production status, coordinating patternmakers and tech approvals, overseeing PO issuance and updates, liaising with factories on costing/FOB confirmations, maintaining Style Master, and handling sales sample requests and status reporting.

Lead technical development of women's sweater collections: create proto and SRS tech packs, communicate with factories through sampling and production, source yarns/trims, develop stitches, manage fittings and timelines, and collaborate with production to meet quality and margin targets.

Lead and execute garment fit and technical design for woven and cut-and-sew knit categories. Prepare and lead fit sessions, review samples against tech packs, identify and resolve construction or production issues, manage pre-production approvals, communicate with overseas vendors, and track product workflow in collaboration with design and production teams to meet timelines.

Support VP Sales by reporting and analyzing weekly sales, entering and tracking orders, participating in market appointments, creating presentations and line sheets, monitoring trends to identify opportunities, maintaining the showroom, assisting meetings, and contributing to team dynamics.

Support senior designers through the full design process for women's sportswear: research trends, source fabrics/trims, create sketches/flats, update tech packs and PLM, manage samples and swatches, prepare cad decks and input sample data for sales and production.

Support the sweater design team by creating sketches, CAD work in Illustrator, and tech packs; communicate with overseas factories; apply knitwear construction and yarn knowledge; use Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and Excel. Requires organization and 2+ years sweater design experience.

Serve as primary technical and functional resource for Exenta ERP: provide user support and training, troubleshoot and resolve issues, manage integrations and upgrades, perform testing and data validation, document SOPs, and lead ERP-related projects to optimize apparel business processes.

Support seasonal design process: sketch concepts, build color cads and fabric cards, track samples and yardage, manage lab dips/print strikeoffs, update CAD decks and tech packs, enter specs/BOMs, coordinate trims and production approvals.
