Lead sportswear design from concept to production, support Creative Director, manage an assistant, create design/inspiration boards, develop PLM design sheets, source trims/fabrics, set up silhouettes in-house, and coordinate with sales and production to ensure timely, market-aligned lines.

Support the Creative Director through the full design process: create design sheets and tech packs, source trims/fabrics, sketch flats, set up silhouettes in the sewing room, manage placement prints and linings, communicate with sales and production, and help organize cohesive daytime dress collections.

Manage and dispute retailer chargebacks, ensure vendor compliance, support collections and cash application, liaise with customers, 3PLs, suppliers and factoring partners, and drive process improvements using Excel and relevant ERPs.

Serve as the primary technical and functional Exenta ERP analyst supporting production, finance, sales, operations and inventory. Provide user support and training, troubleshoot system and integration issues, manage projects, validate data, execute testing, maintain documentation, and coordinate upgrades with vendors.

Support the color team by maintaining filing, operating a fabric punch machine and scale to check fabric weights, and attending onsite production meetings. Requires 3 full days/week; suited for current fashion students or recent graduates with strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.

Lead development of seasonal print collections partnering with designers; set print direction, trend reporting, and presentations. Scan, clean, recolor, color-match, create repeats and texture maps; adapt prints to garment patterns for production. Track artwork, attend concept meetings, research retail trends and markets, and produce cohesive boards and samples.

Manage the Macy's account to drive revenue and meet financial targets. Build strong account relationships, maintain order files, align brand and customer strategies, monitor market trends, and identify growth opportunities.

Lead technical development for woven garments by creating and reviewing tech packs, running fit sessions, resolving production issues with domestic and international factories, approving samples, and ensuring final product quality, fit, and alignment with design vision.

Manage sample approval process, sample tracker, WIP and PO management in Exenta, coordinate shipments and production tracking, support vendor cost negotiations, verify test reports and vendor-sourced labels, and ensure on-time delivery of production orders.

Manage technical development of sweater styles from concept to production. Create and maintain detailed tech packs, lead fit sessions, review samples, and work with domestic and international factories to resolve construction and fit issues. Apply expertise in yarns, knitting techniques, and manufacturing to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with design intent while maintaining thorough technical documentation.

Support the sweater design team by creating sketches, CAD work in Illustrator, and tech packs; communicate with overseas factories; apply knitwear construction and yarn knowledge; use Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and Excel. Requires organization and 2+ years sweater design experience.
