Supports the Design Director through apparel development from initial inspiration to production. Creates and maintains tech packs, measures samples, documents fittings, updates line sketches, and coordinates with overseas and domestic factories to ensure garments meet specifications and timelines. Requires knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, silhouettes, sewing techniques, trims, and production processes for woven and cut-and-sew knit products.

Support the color team by maintaining filing, operating a fabric punch machine and scale to check fabric weights, and attending onsite production meetings. Requires 3 full days/week; suited for current fashion students or recent graduates with strong organization, communication, and time-management skills.

Lead technical development for woven garments by creating and reviewing tech packs, running fit sessions, resolving production issues with domestic and international factories, approving samples, and ensuring final product quality, fit, and alignment with design vision.
