Lead technical development for women's sweater collections: create proto and SRS tech packs, work closely with factories on samples, source yarn and trims, develop stitches, manage priorities to meet seasonal deadlines, and collaborate with production to control costs while ensuring product quality.

Support sweater design team by creating sketches, CAD in Illustrator, and techpacks; collaborate with overseas factories; apply knowledge of sweater construction, yarn, and GG; use Photoshop and Illustrator for development within a fast-paced team.

Support senior designers in developing women's sportswear from concept through production: build design boards, sketch flats, update tech packs, source fabrics/trims, assist sample development, maintain seasonal line plans and asset data, and create CAD decks for sales.
