Drive net-new business growth for humanitarian software by generating outbound and inbound pipeline, qualifying prospects, leading discovery, coordinating demos, managing proposals and procurement, closing customers, and supporting onboarding handoffs. The role owns the full B2B sales cycle, develops sales processes, manages long-running opportunities, and sells to humanitarian aid, nonprofit, and NGO organizations.

Product Counsel will advise Beacon and its portfolio companies on product development, IP strategy, technology agreements, open-source compliance, AI and emerging technology, regulatory issues, and M&A technology diligence. The role manages patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, licensing, product terms, and scalable legal playbooks while partnering directly with product, engineering, and commercial teams across multiple industries.
