Manage and optimize daily operations, maintain client/contractor/supplier systems, monitor budgets, recommend performance improvements, assist with hiring and onboarding, train new hires, coordinate cross-departmental work, and perform field duties as assigned.

Oversee transportation safety programs and compliance; conduct audits and training; investigate accidents; inspect equipment and daily operations; develop accident-data processes; implement hazard-reduction initiatives; report safety recommendations to leadership and supervise safety procedures.
