Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers for SMB and Mid-Market, driving retention, renewals, product adoption, and expansion. Establish scalable processes, use data and AI/automation to optimize workflows, manage escalations, partner cross-functionally, and represent customer needs internally.

Design end-to-end, customer-facing product experiences in partnership with Product and Engineering. Own flows, pages, and feature areas from concept through polished execution; contribute to and apply the design system; participate in discovery and user research; iterate based on feedback and data; communicate design rationale to cross-functional partners; and reliably deliver high-quality work on time.
