The role is full-stack with a backend and platform focus, using React, TypeScript, Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, AWS, and related technologies.

Own Berry Street’s full lifecycle marketing program across email, SMS, and push. Build automated Customer.io journeys, manage segmentation and data integrations, develop the lifecycle engineering roadmap, run experimentation, monitor performance, and ensure compliance. Partner cross-functionally to improve bookings, attendance, retention, and lifetime value across patient and provider communications.
