Lead accounting for a mortgage banking fintech, owning month-end/quarter/annual close, technical accounting for loans/MSRs/hedges, SEC and regulatory reporting, SOX and audit liaison, reserves and counterparty reporting, and automation of reconciliations. Build and scale a global accounting team and partner with Capital Markets, FP&A, Engineering, and Operations to improve controls, data quality, and close speed.

Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid media (search, social, display, video, affiliate). Manage agencies and team members, own paid media budget and finance reconciliation, maintain marketing data infrastructure and attribution, drive creative testing and experimentation, and deliver executive performance reporting to align media with business goals.

Manage and grow relationships with mortgage broker partners for Better Wholesale’s HELOC product. Responsibilities include onboarding, training, scenario guidance, account management, pipeline and funded-volume forecasting, issue resolution, CRM tracking, broker feedback, and partner activation. The role combines consultative sales, mortgage expertise, and channel-building in a launch environment, with future opportunities to develop new broker relationships and support additional wholesale lending products.
