Leads the Provider Experience team, including people management, provider engagement, incentive initiatives, advocacy, workflow optimization, and cross-functional coordination. Oversees Help Scout operations, develops scalable provider-support processes, and uses reporting from Help Scout, Looker, and other systems to identify trends and guide decisions. The role improves provider journeys, clarifies ownership, and translates feedback and operational data into actionable business improvements.

Build and own BetterHelp’s internal AI enablement stack for engineering, product, and design teams. Develop AI agents, automations, MCP connectors, prompt and skill libraries, and governed knowledge systems. Lead experiments from infrastructure setup through secure deployment and maintenance, using AWS and Terraform. Drive organizational adoption through change management, training, governance, and enablement programs while operating autonomously within a regulated environment.

Design, productionize, and scale machine learning and optimization models, pipelines, libraries, and deployment platforms. Partner with data scientists, engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver ML capabilities, personalization systems, and reusable end-to-end workflows. Establish ML engineering best practices, troubleshoot data pipelines, mentor junior professionals, and help define BetterHelp’s ML platform strategy.
