Translate complex organizational data into actionable enterprise B2B UX, drive 0→1 solutions, build scalable design systems, partner with Product, Engineering, Research, and People Science, and shape company-wide AI and design strategy.

As a Principal Product Designer, you will shape design strategies for BetterUp's core products, influence cross-functional teams, mentor designers, and lead design quality efforts while integrating AI into design processes.
