Own a portfolio of interventional psychiatry clinic partners, driving revenue and patient-volume growth through data analysis, service expansion, capacity planning, and payor insights. Serve as the primary relationship owner, lead business reviews, resolve issues end to end, and identify operational improvements. Build playbooks, reporting tools, and scalable partner-growth processes while collaborating with Product and Operations. The role requires strong account ownership, clear communication, healthcare-services familiarity, and comfort using AI and data tools.

Build end-to-end full‑stack features from database schemas to UI, ship production workflows, raise code quality and engineering standards, and work closely with teammates and clinic customers. Own features from design through deployment at a fast‑moving NYC startup (3–4 days/week in office).

Work with the CEO and Strategy & Ops Lead to run metrics and dashboards, maintain operating cadence (OKRs, leadership prep), execute growth experiments (outbound, CRM, pipeline reporting), perform payer and market research, and deliver data-driven analysis for clinic performance, pricing, and retention.
