Own enterprise partner integrations end to end, from scoping and solution-design handoff through Java development, go-live, debugging, maintenance, and expansion. Collaborate directly with partner engineering teams, troubleshoot APIs, webhooks, authentication, and data flows, and create documentation and integration resources. The role requires strong technical communication, AI-assisted development, frequent travel, and hands-on ownership of production integrations.

Lead the technical architecture and solution design for complex enterprise partnerships. Partner with Sales, Partnerships, and Product to translate customer environments and business needs into sellable architectures, API designs, proposals, and scoping documents. Lead technical discovery, assess when new product capabilities are needed, and guide validated designs through handoff to Forward Deployed Engineering. Build reusable solution patterns and represent technical feasibility in deal reviews.

Lead property onboarding, training, engagement, and ongoing relationship management across Bilt’s property management alliance network. Manage onboarding trackers, launch preparations, training programs, partner communications, member-service escalations, Q&A sessions, and portfolio operations. Serve as an operational leader for property management site teams, attend industry events, and conduct partner visits. The role requires strong property management, CRM, project management, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills, with 25–30% travel.
