Provide person-centered counseling and hands-on support to individuals with developmental disabilities to increase independence in daily living, social and communication skills, community integration, and self-advocacy; document services, follow mandated reporting, OPWDD competency goals and NADSP ethics, and maintain required certifications.

Provide assessment, training, coaching, and placement support to help program participants obtain and maintain competitive integrated employment. Develop learning plans, create work experiences, liaise with employers, document progress, complete required trainings and billing, and offer ongoing job coaching and supports.
