Lead property-level accounting for a growing multifamily portfolio: oversee month/quarter/year-end close, review and sign financial statements, manage reconciliations, A/P, A/R, cash and treasury, coordinate audits/taxes/lender reporting, manage remote/offshore accounting teams, drive process improvements, onboard acquisitions, and serve as Yardi system lead while ensuring NYC regulatory compliance.

Lead core IT operations including device procurement and macOS fleet management with Jamf Pro, Google Workspace and Okta administration; serve as escalation point for helpdesk; implement cybersecurity controls (MFA, endpoint protection, patching), run phishing training, manage vendors/MSSPs, and contribute to IT strategy, budgeting, and business continuity.

Responsible for driving revenue through business development for the Interior Architecture & Design team, focusing on the multifamily residential and hospitality sectors by sourcing and securing new client relationships, managing proposals, and participating in industry events to enhance visibility.
