Leads business development for an interior architecture and design studio, focusing on multifamily residential, hospitality, and related real estate sectors. Owns the pipeline from relationship development through proposals, pitches, and closing; builds client networks, identifies opportunities, develops growth strategies, represents the firm at industry events, and manages forecasting in HubSpot CRM. Partners with leadership and design teams to win work and expand the practice.

Leads strategic finance and FP&A for Bisnow, owning company forecasting, planning, financial modeling, investor reporting, business-case analysis, and allocation of capital and headcount. Partners with the CEO and business leaders, pressure-tests assumptions, improves reporting quality, replaces manual processes, evaluates FP&A tooling, and manages the FP&A Manager. The role requires strong communication, advanced Excel, experience with project-based revenue, and the ability to build scalable finance processes.

The Chief of Staff serves as the CEO’s execution partner, driving cross-functional priorities across sales, editorial, events, marketing, finance, hiring, and product. Responsibilities include establishing leadership operating rhythms, leading launches and organizational initiatives, representing the CEO in key meetings, building scalable processes, and handling confidential people and transaction matters. The role requires strong execution, communication, financial literacy, discretion, technological curiosity, and the ability to influence without formal authority.
