Provides senior legal guidance for global payments and fintech operations, including product design, market expansion, payment regulations, cross-border funds flow, commercial agreements, treasury, settlement, and regulatory reviews. Partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams to manage legal and operational risk, negotiate complex agreements, and develop scalable compliance approaches.

Drive enterprise sales growth for Blackbaud’s K-12 software, services, and training solutions. Identify and penetrate new accounts, manage complex consultative sales cycles, exceed revenue objectives, cultivate existing relationships, coordinate internal resources, develop proposals and demonstrations, maintain pipeline forecasts, and establish trusted executive-level relationships within customer organizations.

Provide proactive, customized consulting to Financial Edge NXT customers throughout their engagement. Develop adoption roadmaps, optimize business processes, support software releases and staff changes, manage a customer portfolio, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and services teams. Contribute to new service offerings, improve customer experience, and serve as a Financial Edge NXT subject matter expert during sales activities.
