Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate insights into product strategy, define success metrics, automate analyses with agentic workflows, apply causal inference and experimentation, communicate findings to executives, and mentor other data scientists.

Lead workforce strategy and build a scalable Workforce Management function for patient services operations. Drive forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, intraday management, analytics, and operational excellence initiatives. Partner cross-functionally to deploy WFM tools, improve processes, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, scalability, and patient experience.

The Manager of Network Strategy & Partner Operations will design, scale, and optimize BlinkRx's pharmacy network, leading partnerships and cross-functional initiatives while implementing automation and AI technologies.
