Leads principal-gift fundraising across the Northeast by managing 30–50 high-capacity prospects and donors. Develops personalized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies; secures complex seven- and eight-figure commitments; partners with executives, board members, mission leaders, researchers, and regional teams; and maintains pipeline activity, documentation, portfolio health, and revenue projections in Salesforce. Requires regular regional travel and occasional evening or weekend work.

Manages a temporary, remote fundraising campaign across multiple regions. Responsibilities include driving peer-to-peer fundraising and participant recruitment, executing campaign strategies, cultivating fundraiser and volunteer relationships, conducting outreach, coaching participants, monitoring performance metrics, projecting revenue, and partnering with regional teams. The role also supports volunteer engagement, provides fundraising resources and incentives, recognizes achievements, and promotes the organization's mission.

Designs, builds, and maintains Snowflake-based enterprise data warehouse solutions, including data architecture, ETL/ELT pipelines, security, deployment, data quality, modeling, and performance optimization. Partners with integration, analytics, governance, business intelligence, and architecture teams. Supports production operations, resolves ingestion and transformation issues, develops AWS-to-Snowflake scripts, documents implementations, and translates business requirements into scalable data solutions.
