Lead Bloomingdale's Loyallist program and CRM to drive retention, tier migration, spend, and lifetime value. Own loyalty strategy, co-brand credit integration, lifecycle marketing across email/SMS/push/direct mail, personalization activation using first-party data, LTV modeling, and cross-functional partnership to align promotions, digital and in-store experiences.

Serve as senior strategic partner to the SVP to set priorities, lead high-impact digital/data/marketing transformation initiatives, manage operating cadence, drive cross-functional alignment across a matrixed enterprise, and translate complex analysis into senior-level narratives and plans.
