Evangelize Blossom to providers across Queens, Brooklyn, and Long Island to grow patient referrals. Build and nurture relationships with physicians, therapists, office staff, and administrators. Prospect and grow a territory, convert leads into referral partners, use CRM to track activity, spend ~4 days/week in the field, and help refine liaison processes and resources.

As a GTM Revenue Operations Lead, you will define and manage processes for field-sales, including commission plans, territory management, and CRM infrastructure. Collaborate with leadership and teams in a fast-paced startup environment to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.
