Operational owner for enterprise event and MarTech platforms: administer configurations, manage event assets and templates, validate integrations and data flows, troubleshoot registration and syncing issues, run PAT/UAT testing, maintain runbooks, and collaborate with Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Web teams to ensure scalable, reliable event and campaign operations.

Architect and lead delivery of enterprise content supply chain and digital marketing solutions. Convert business requirements into technical architectures, produce project scopes and timelines, diagnose delivery issues, and lead cross-functional, multi-region teams. Integrate Adobe Experience Cloud platforms and AI-enabled workflows to meet customer objectives and ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery.

Serve as a senior advisor on enterprise data architecture and Adobe Experience Platform. Lead client discovery, design XDM schemas and identity resolution, guide data ingestion/ETL, governance, and Customer 360 initiatives. Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, review architecture, and contribute templates and best practices across consulting engagements.
