Lead and build Blue Owl's Institutional Segment Marketing function, defining strategy, operating model, segmentation, and integrated campaigns to support fundraising, client acquisition, and relationship expansion across institutional audiences. Act as senior marketing advisor to leadership, align cross-functional teams, and measure marketing impact on business outcomes.

Lead technology strategy, delivery, and governance for Operations (Investor, Investment, Reporting & Analytics). Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, design and implement systems, manage global development teams and vendors, oversee integrations, testing, and support, and drive automation, data platforms, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve efficiency, controls, and scalability.

The role oversees financing activities for the Alternative Credit Investment Team, focusing on strategy development, sourcing, executing, and managing investment-level financing, including collaboration with deal teams and maintaining relationships with financial institutions.
