Manage 10–20 strategic healthcare customers, build executive relationships, conduct business reviews, demonstrate ROI, improve product adoption, reduce churn, and drive renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. Develop three-year customer growth strategies, coordinate internal teams, provide consultative guidance, gather market intelligence, secure customer references, and communicate account health and expansion opportunities to leadership.

Own relationships with hospital customers, build executive partnerships, conduct business reviews, drive product adoption and measurable value, monitor customer health and NPS, manage escalations, support renewals, and identify growth opportunities. The role requires consultative communication, healthcare SaaS experience, data-driven customer success planning, and the ability to manage a large customer portfolio.

Manage the full customer renewal lifecycle for a $30M–$40M recurring revenue portfolio, including forecasting, pricing, contract negotiation, execution, and churn reduction. Build customer relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, maintain accurate CRM data, support invoicing and renewal requests, and lead quarterly account reviews. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and commercial leadership to improve customer outcomes, achieve retention targets, and drive account expansion.

Provide technical support to customers and internal users through phone and email. Diagnose and resolve SaaS application, system, network, database, and data-related issues; analyze application data; assist with IT questionnaires and assessments; collaborate with hospital IT and pharmacy teams; maintain customer satisfaction; and participate in occasional overnight on-call coverage.

Lead PrivacyPro implementations for new customers: manage project timelines, coordinate stakeholders, configure software, run training, track project documentation, and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams.

Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and marketing lead follow-up. Target strategic hospital pharmacy and compliance accounts, educate prospects on Bluesight’s solutions, build customer relationships, qualify opportunities, book sales meetings, and document lead activity in Salesforce and Apollo. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to drive revenue growth.

Drive revenue growth for procurement and compliance SaaS products by managing the full sales cycle across mid-market hospital pharmacy accounts. Generate pipeline, prospect new and existing customers, achieve recurring-revenue quotas, engage senior stakeholders, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, maintain CRM reporting, and collaborate with marketing, business development, clinical strategy, customer success, and implementation teams. The role is remote across the continental United States and requires occasional travel.

The Account Executive will manage sales processes, achieve revenue quotas, prospect new clients, and collaborate across teams to drive revenue growth.
