Own customer data integration for hospital clients from late-stage sales through implementation handoff. Lead data discovery workshops, assess data environments, define integration requirements, configure the SaaS platform, and translate technical needs for clinical and IT stakeholders. Develop mapping documentation, scripts, templates, and internal tooling to accelerate onboarding. Partner with sales, implementation, product, and data engineering teams while ensuring HIPAA, SOC 2, PHI handling, and secure data-transfer compliance.

Owns tax and reporting compliance across federal, state, and local requirements. Responsibilities include payroll reporting and reconciliation in NetSuite, employee onboarding and offboarding, 1099 contractor reporting, audit support, month-end reconciliations, accounting entries, process documentation, and internal-control improvements. The role also supports the Controller and accounting team on special projects in a remote, fast-changing environment.

Leads complex implementations of pharmacy procurement solutions, including project planning, system and pricing configuration, data validation, go-live support, customer training, and workflow optimization. Advises hospital pharmacy, purchasing, and finance stakeholders on cost savings, 340B compliance, GPO alignment, and drug shortage tracking. Manages customer communications, coordinates with wholesalers and internal teams, maintains project documentation, mentors implementation staff, and travels to customer sites as needed.
