Supports the Senior National Project Director with national restoration project sales, estimating, coordination, documentation, subcontractor management, client communication, and catastrophe response. Assists with site inspections, proposals, project transfers, progress tracking, and field deployments. The role requires strong organization, communication, construction or project coordination experience, and frequent nationwide travel, including short-notice travel to disaster recovery zones.

Coordinates construction project administration and financial data. Responsibilities include managing ERP job records, budgets, subcontract agreements, purchase orders, work authorizations, job costs, invoices, WIP audits, customer updates, payment collection support, documentation, and customer portals. The role collaborates with project managers, operations, subcontractors, vendors, customers, and accounting while maintaining accurate records and meeting billing and reporting deadlines.

Executive leader accountable for enterprise marketing strategy and execution. Drives brand, demand generation, sales integration, market expansion, marketing ops/technology, reporting, and team development to deliver measurable revenue and pipeline growth across national and local channels.
