It requires substantial consulting, client-facing, project leadership, and public health experience in a remote environment with 10–15% travel.

Leads product vision, requirements, backlog, and delivery for a statewide vaccine management and clinical case management system. Acts as liaison among local health departments, Massachusetts DPH, and IT teams. Defines workflows for immunization clinics, vaccine inventory, nursing case management, insurance billing, interoperability, reporting, compliance, training, and adoption. Requires extensive local public health, clinical case management, immunization, billing, consulting, and project leadership experience.
