The Vice President will identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate market and client risks within the Business Development function. Own and facilitate cyber war games, tabletop exercises, and phishing simulations from planning through debriefing. Develop realistic threat scenarios, analyze findings, recommend improvements, and coordinate stakeholders across cybersecurity, technology, business, resilience, and communications teams. Manage phishing education and remediation workflows, track susceptibility, and use AI and automation to improve simulation delivery and reporting. Maintain exercise standards and documentation while supporting enterprise, executive, and client exercises.

Leads a global engineering portfolio for BNY’s Enterprise Custody Services Platform. Responsibilities include platform modernization, scalable and resilient technology delivery, engineering excellence, AI and automation adoption, risk and operational governance, budgeting, workforce planning, and talent development. The role partners with product, architecture, operations, risk, and senior business leaders to align engineering investments with strategic priorities and improve delivery, quality, efficiency, and client outcomes.
