Leads product strategy and execution for BNY’s employee data experience across Oracle, Eliza, and enterprise data channels. Owns scalable data discovery, access, maintenance, validation, approvals, issue resolution, and self-service capabilities. Establishes governance for employee data, including privacy, security, lineage, quality, and entitlements. Partners with HR, data, engineering, architecture, UX, risk, and executive stakeholders to prioritize the roadmap and deliver measurable outcomes in a regulated environment.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of compensation products that support equitable, data-driven decisions. Conduct product discovery through user research, stakeholder interviews, personas, experimentation, and data analysis. Develop AI-enabled solutions, automation, and decision-support tools while partnering with Compensation, Technology, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable capabilities and continuous improvements.

Lead strategic direction, prioritization, design, launch, and growth of a global collateral platform. Use market and proprietary data, AI models, and BI tools to inform decisions and develop innovative collateral products and financing flows. Partner with sales, technology, legal, operations, vendors, clients, dealers, and risk teams while navigating triparty repo, CCP, margining, collateral optimization, and regulatory requirements.
