Develops and coordinates federal proposals from bid/no-bid review through submission. Responsibilities include compliance matrices, schedules, templates, proposal writing and editing, formatting, document control, review coordination, government forms, past-performance materials, content libraries, research, proposal metrics, and debrief documentation. The role collaborates with capture, marketing, subject matter experts, partners, and consultants while maintaining deadlines, quality, and solicitation compliance.

Designs electrical systems for buildings and produces accurate construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation. Provides technical oversight, QA/QC, project coordination, client consultation, site survey support, and construction-phase representation. Manages design timelines, participates in proposals, troubleshoots design issues, and mentors junior engineers and designers. The role is hybrid or remote with periodic project-site travel and construction-environment exposure.
