Manages electrical engineering capital projects for wood products manufacturing from feasibility through design, procurement, construction, startup, and optimization. Leads project teams, contractors, and consultants; oversees scope, budgets, schedules, safety, and technical execution. Designs and models 480VAC distribution systems, motor controls, MCCs, grounding, arc-flash protection, coordination, and field installations. Requires industrial project management, commissioning, applicable electrical codes, and extensive travel to manufacturing locations.
