Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for retention, post-purchase, and returning-customer experiences. Lead order tracking, returns, accounts, self-service support, personalization, experimentation, and checkout optimization. Manage a dedicated engineering and design group while partnering with platform teams, CRM, Retention, and external agencies. Define metrics, run A/B tests, analyze cohorts and funnels, and drive measurable improvements in repeat purchasing and customer engagement.

Leads Bombas’ consumer insights function, translating research, market signals, product testing, and sentiment data into recommendations for Product, Merchandising, Marketing, and Brand teams. Owns opportunity mapping, competitive and brand health reporting, research prioritization, QA and wear-testing standards, insights budgeting, vendor relationships, and real-time consumer signal deployment. Coaches the Insights Manager and influences senior leaders through evidence-based recommendations.

Lead outbound logistics strategy and carrier relationships across Bombas' multi-node distribution network. Forecast and manage outbound shipping expenses, run carrier RFPs, optimize cost vs. speed, maintain rate-shopping and invoice audit tools, and support international shipping and DC launches. Manage 1-2 Transportation Associates and cross-functional logistics projects to improve delivery performance and cost efficiency.

Own technical specs, construction, fit, and quality for socks and hosiery from concept through production. Build tech packs, lead fit sessions, manage grading and wear tests, partner with design, product development, and suppliers, troubleshoot factory issues, travel to factories as needed, and mentor junior technical designers to ensure consistent, manufacturable product quality.

Provide executive support to 2-4 senior leaders: manage complex calendars, prepare briefing materials, coordinate travel and expenses, capture meeting notes and action items, deliver polished in-office logistics, maintain documentation and executive preference guides, and collaborate with the Executive Support team to improve processes using technology and AI tools.

Lead end-to-end Paid Social strategy and day-to-day campaign optimization (Meta, Applovin). Execute testing roadmaps, validate incrementality using internal data and Looker, analyze CAC:LTV, and scale creative winners. Partner with content, merchandising, search, analytics, and site teams to improve landing pages and channel performance while managing large monthly budgets and hitting CPA/ROAS goals.
