Provide executive support to 2-4 senior leaders: manage complex calendars, prepare briefing materials, coordinate travel and expenses, capture meeting notes and action items, deliver polished in-office logistics, maintain documentation and executive preference guides, and collaborate with the Executive Support team to improve processes using technology and AI tools.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for top-of-funnel discovery and acquisition surfaces (search, navigation, collections, landing pages). Drive SEO/AEO/GEO, ad-to-site routing, content systems, experimentation, and cross-functional delivery to increase first-touch to product interactions and organic acquisition.

Support the Wholesale team with showroom operations, sample logistics, account support, inquiry management, sales administration, and market appointment assistance to keep Account Executives operationally efficient.
