What It's Like to Work at Bombora

Bombora supports my career growth by giving me the resources and tools to hone my skills through online courses, great leadership, and financial support for attending conventions. My opinions are always taken into consideration when determining the actions that need to take place in order to reach my goals.

A typical day usually consists of attending our daily stand-ups, whiteboarding/collaborating with other software engineers on items that are in our current sprint/backlog, and coding either independently or through pair programming with others.

My door is always open to all Bommies for frank and discrete discussions ranging from professional to personal. This has been particularly helpful for giving my diverse team a safe place to share their concerns in 2020 regarding the pandemic, racial justice and politics. I also book virtual brunch with members of other teams just to chat!

Bombora has been a great place to explore all different facets of our business and our customers. I've been able to dive deep into the industries we support and the impact of our work. I'm looking forward to the continued innovation of our products and the growth of our team!
