Lead legal support for Fintech Commercial Partnerships at Booking Holdings, advising on commercial initiatives, negotiations, and risk management, while ensuring compliance and influencing senior executives.

Support corporate governance, securities, financing, and board processes: manage board and committee materials, minute books, subsidiary compliance, SEC/Section 16 filings, proxy and recordkeeping, and assist on financing and ad hoc legal projects.

Lead and build a global B2B communications function: define strategy, external media and executive thought leadership, internal engagement, governance, measurement, and team development to support commercial growth and partner relationships across global markets.

Lead global B2B marketing for Booking Holdings' Partner Division: define brand identity, build demand-generation and partner marketing programs, measure ROI and pipeline contribution, manage a ~30-person team and sizable budget, collaborate across B2C brands and regions, and drive partner acquisition and partner-led customer growth.
