Advise Booking Holdings’ fintech business on U.S. and Americas payments and financial-services regulation, including money transmission licensing, BSA compliance, regulatory strategy, product development, consumer protection, privacy, and cross-border issues. Partner with business, technology, risk, compliance, finance, and public affairs teams; manage outside counsel; engage regulators; monitor emerging laws; and provide commercially practical advice on payments products and strategic initiatives.

Manages global indirect tax advisory, compliance, and implementation for the B2B business. Assesses VAT, GST, sales tax, and other tax implications for products, partnerships, and business launches; interprets regulations; oversees tax systems, reconciliations, reporting, and payments; coordinates external advisors; and leads cross-functional projects with Product, Commercial, Legal, Finance, and IT stakeholders.

Lead legal support for Fintech Commercial Partnerships at Booking Holdings, advising on commercial initiatives, negotiations, and risk management, while ensuring compliance and influencing senior executives.

Leads Booking Holdings’ global total rewards strategy, including executive compensation, equity, benefits, incentives, and broad-based programs. Advises the Board’s Talent & Compensation Committee on executive pay, governance, SEC requirements, proxy filings, and regulatory changes. Aligns reward strategies across decentralized brands, oversees organizational design and global teams, optimizes total spend, and drives talent attraction, retention, and long-term shareholder value.

Provide legal advice and lead global compliance program elements including risk assessments, policy development, third‑party risk management, and training. Partner with stakeholders and outside counsel, leverage AI for process improvements, and report on compliance to senior management.
